Changed your mind? You can cancel within 14 days of your order arriving. Email hello@pulsetechstore.co.uk with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

Send the item back unused and in its original packaging within 14 days. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or not as described.

We refund the item price and standard delivery to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Damaged, faulty or not as described? Contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
