Products and descriptions

We take care to describe products accurately. Images are for illustration and colours may vary slightly by screen. Many of our products are made by third-party manufacturers and may arrive in the manufacturer's own packaging and branding.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a product has been listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order – for example if an item is out of stock – and will refund you in full if we do.

Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty or not as described. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how to return an item.

Product use and safety

Please read and follow any instructions supplied with your product. Products are intended for domestic consumer use. Smartwatches, smart rings and similar products are not medical devices.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any of your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses.

General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. We may update them from time to time; the version in force when you order applies to that order
