Returns & Refunds

You can cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after it arrives. Email Pulse.technology@outlook.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. You then have 14 days to send the item back, unused and in its original packaging.

Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or not as described. We refund the item price and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.

Damaged, faulty or not as described

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Hygiene items

For hygiene reasons, earbuds and in-ear headphones can only be returned if the seal is unbroken, unless faulty.
