Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery cost

Standard UK delivery is £5.99. Delivery is free on orders over £30.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Most orders arrive within 4–9 working days of being placed. Items in the same order may be sent from different warehouses and can arrive separately. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and occasional delays outside our control can happen – if your order has not arrived within 15 working days, email us and we will trace it, resend it or refund you.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Problems with delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, email Pulse.technology@outlook.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo and we will put it right.
